When I was 14 and 15 years old, I was a CIT and a JC at a day camp, the camp which I went to when I was younger. The camp was called Hillcrest Jewish Center Day Camp. Some of my duties at this job were helping out with campers; I mainly worked with the 4 and 5 years old. In addition to this I also helped to serve the campers their lunch. I got to experience being a waitress. A few of my co-workers were my friend Robyn who I have known through the day camp, we have been in the same group since we were 4 and my sister Naomi.
When I was a junior in High School, there was a sign on the guidance counselor’s office about a program called Co-op. I wasn’t sure what it was so I went inside to check it out, it ended up being that you would go to school one week and work the other for the whole school year and was only for seniors.
